Day 1: Theory and attunements
- What is Reiki? History, ethics and 5 principles (Gokai)
- Human energy basics — chakras, aura and their meaning
- First attunement (Shoden) — ceremony opening energy channels
Day 2: Practice and self-awareness
- Practical session — learning full hand positions (techniques for the whole body)
- Everyday applications — energizing water, food, spaces, animals
- Gassho meditation — stillness and return to inner source

Mariusz Ratajski
Certified Reiki Master and Teacher. Shamanic practitioner with extensive experience. Completed a multi-year training program led by Reiki Masters and a shamanic practitioner from Armenia.
Trainer, coach and lecturer at the Academy of Applied Sciences in Konin. In his work, he combines the traditional Mikao Usui method with empathetic support for each student.
Specializations: Reiki Levels I, II and III, shamanism, healing techniques, meditation, energy work.

No. The Level I course is for everyone, regardless of experience. The only requirement is openness and willingness to learn. You don't need to be "spiritual" or have prior skills.
Attunements are a process performed by a Reiki Master that permanently opens your energy channels and enables you to channel Reiki energy. It's a ceremony of great significance — you enter prepared, you leave transformed.
After the course, you begin a 21-day self-therapy practice — a period of adjustment to new energy. During this time, you have the instructor's support through email and phone consultations.
Yes. After completing Level I, you can continue with Level II (Okuden) — learning symbols and distance work. Then Level III (Shinshin) — teaching and mastery.
